Dublin, GA – One Killed in Fatal House Fire on Ridge Circle

Dublin, GA (March 15, 2022) – One person lost their life in a fatal house fire that took place in Dublin on Monday morning, March 14. 

According to Macon County officials, the fire broke out at 104 Ridge Circle around 4 a.m. Fire crews arrived at the home, where they found flames and smoke pouring out of the house. They went inside the home to try and find if anybody was still inside and pulled one person out of the home. 

Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The individual who was pulled from the home sustained traumatic injuries and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. 

It took fire crews about 15 minutes to bring the fire under control. The area was blocked off for an extended period of time following the fire. 

No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the fire continues.
