Dentsville, SC – Pedestrian Dies in Hit-&-Run Crash at Two Notch Rd & Leaside Dr

Dentsville, SC (February 27, 2022) – A pedestrian lost their life after being hit by two vehicles in the Dentville area on Thursday night, February 24. The deadly accident was reported at the intersection of Two Notch Road and Leaside Drive at around 10:30 p.m. 

Local reports revealed that two vehicles were headed southbound on Two Notch Road when the drivers hit a pedestrian on the roadway. The crash site was located near a business park with several restaurants and retail establishments. The injured party was found lying on the roadway by first responders and taken to a local hospital where they were later pronounced dead. 

The at-fault drivers fled the scene without rendering aid to the wounded victim. The identity of the deceased party has not been revealed at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is underway.
