A total of 640 moped accidents have occurred so far in 2014, and 90% of these resulted in injuries to the rider or the driver. When you are impacted by the death of a loved one, you might be eligible to bring a wrongful death claim on their behalf. However, you should be ready for a few possible difficulties that can appear throughout the claim process. The worst case scenario is having to contend with a loved one’s passing while also demonstrating that their demise was a direct result of another person’s negligence or malfeasance.
South Carolina law permits eligible surviving relatives to sue the defendant in a civil action for wrongful death in order to recover damages. Money cannot stop the loss of a loved one, the passage of time, or emotional agony. However, if you win wrongful death compensation, you could be able to cover your related expenses.
