Columbia, SC (December 1, 2021) – A house fire on Wednesday morning, November 24, resulted in the injury of a firefighter in Columbia. The blaze occurred at a residence located in the 500 block of Saluda Avenue at around 6 a.m.
Emergency crews and firefighters were called to the scene where they were able to extinguish the fire. One firefighter suffered injuries at the scene but no other injuries were reported in the blaze. The fire was reportedly accidental and set by a group of people trying to stay warm.
