Burton, SC – Two Injured in Mobile Home Fire on Joe Frazier Rd
Burton, SC (December 4, 2021) – An early morning fire in Burton on Saturday, November 27, left two people injured. The blaze was reported around 1 a.m. at a residence located at the 500 block of Joe Frazier Road.
When firefighters arrived, they found smoke and flames emitting from a mobile home. The two victims were sitting outside when emergency personnel responded. Both the male victim and his fiance sustained injuries in the fire. Someone reportedly pulled the woman from a window, and she had trouble breathing. Both victims were taken to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fire is being conducted by local law enforcement.
