iPhone vs. Android? New Study Reveals That Apple's iPhone May Be More Valuable

Scott Monge

Have you ever gone to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, or any other type of mobile store and wondered which phone should I consider purchasing? The ever so popular iPhone, made by Apple or the prestigious Android, powered by Google? Perhaps a new revelation will help you in making your decision. As reported by Christopher Seward of the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and according to the recent study conducted by Piper Jaffray study, Android smart phones have lost 14.4 to 35.5 percent of their value on eBay and in the Taobao marketplace in China. According to Seward, reports show that they have been losing their net worth since April 2013.

According to Seward’s report, an employee of Piper Jaffray, an investment banking firm, found that the price of Samsung devices have declined, while the price of the iPhone 4 has risen by 10.3 percent in the U.S. and 1.4 percent in China. Although, the iPhone 4 has lost value in China, reports suggest that the Android may be worse off in terms of worth.

As this created a stir of wonder in us, we would like to get your opinion. Our question to you is which do you prefer? In terms of social usage, perhaps an iPhone is more appropriate, but when it comes to dealing with business affairs, rumor has it that the Android is more sufficient. Please feel free to comment and inform us on your opinion.
