7 Ways to Fight Fatigue

  1. Be active. Moving around is one of the best energy boosters you can try. If you’re battling fatigue at home, go for a jog or quick workout to tap into your energy reserves. At work, try stepping away from your desk and take a quick walk around the office to get your blood flowing.
  2. Add something crimson to your workspace. Studies have shown that scarlet hues make your muscles move faster and work harder. This can give you an added burst of energy when you need it most. If you anticipate a full and busy day ahead, add some red flowers to your desk.
  3. Stretch. Give your torso and back muscles a good stretch. Hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. This will stimulate your nervous system and energize your body and mind.
