Fatal Bicycle Accidents in South Carolina
Riding a bike is a wonderful way to get around, but riders are at risk of suffering serious injuries in the event of a crash. About 3% of these collisions result in fatalities, while 91% cause injuries.
Many people believe they can rapidly resolve the issue by speaking with and negotiating with the insurance provider. You don’t have your best interests in mind, nor do the family or the loved one who passed away. Your only contact with an insurance company should be to report the claim initially. Following that, you ought to speak with a South Carolina wrongful death attorney.
One of the most excruciating situations in life is losing a family member. Living family members regularly experience financial and emotional difficulties. These feelings could get worse if the negligent or reckless activity was what led to the loss. However, you might be able to hold the other party accountable using the law.
At Monge & Associates, helping families who lost a loved one as a consequence of someone else’s negligence has always been our main priority.
