Atlanta’s Rear-End Accident Rate
Rear-end collisions are the most frequent kind of car accident in Georgia and the US, and they also cause the most fatalities and injuries. In Georgia, rear-end collisions, or fender benders are involved in more than half of all traffic incidents.
Even while moving at moderate speeds, death and severe injuries are still possible. For instance, broken bones and damage to the spinal cord might be deadly for accident victims.
At least 11% of all fatalities in the preceding year were caused by rear-end incidents. No matter how severe your injuries or the incident, your legal rights must be secured as soon as possible.
Adaptation may be difficult for injured people because of their new physical limitations. Even if your injury is minor, you can still have to pay for medical expenses and missed wages. Furthermore, the mental damage caused by a careless driver may be hard to overcome.
When insurance firms make choices or determine how much to pay out in claims, you are not taken into account. Everyone who has been hurt in a car accident in Atlanta must immediately seek legal representation.
You should speak with a Georgia law office as soon as you can after the incident, since being in a vehicle accident may have long-term effects.
